HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE AT THE END OF THE SHOOT?
You will be provided with all of the images captured during the event. These will be edited and ready for printing. We do not put a cap on the number of pictures we will take and we will continue shooting for as long as we are there. Naturally, if you hire a second or third shooter to cover the event, you will receive more photos.
CAN YOU PRINT THE PHOTOS FOR US?
No problem, we offer a competitively-priced professional printing service.
CAN WE PRINT THE PHOTOS OURSELVES?
Of course! Regardless of which package you choose, you will be provided with high resolution digital images that are ready for you to print. Additionally, you’ll also be given low-resolution copies for email and web use.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE THE FINAL IMAGES?
You will be provided with a link to download the finished images in digital format directly from our server.
WILL I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee ensures that a photographer is booked in for the date of your event.
HOW LONG WILL WE HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
Your print-ready, high-resolution images will be provided to you approximately 3 weeks after the event. These final images will have been carefully edited and color-corrected in order to ensure that they are of maximum quality.
CAN YOU SET UP AN ONLINE GALLERY FOR US?
Absolutely! In fact every package comes with a password-protected online gallery, allowing you to share your photos with colleagues, clients, friends and families with a minimum of fuss. Furthermore, our galleries are optimized for viewing on tablets and smart phones.
MY EVENT ISN'T IN TORONTO, WILL YOU TRAVEL?
No problem at all. We are happy travel anywhere in the world, just let us know what you have in mind. However, any destination over 90 kilometers from downtown Toronto will incur a travel-fee.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We are happy to take payment by Debit Card, all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover), and by certified cheque. For your convenience, payments can be made online.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We use Canon 5D MK III camera bodies with only the highest quality lenses. Our backup equipment is of the same high quality as our primary gear.
ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
Yes, we have commercial general-liability coverage and our property and equipment are also insured against any mishaps.
