Bringing PDAC 2025 to life with dynamic event photography & videography

Since its inception in 1932, the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) Convention has evolved into the world’s premier event for the mineral exploration and mining industry. Held annually in Toronto, it attracts over 27,000 attendees from more than 135 countries. We were proud to provide comprehensive photography and videography coverage at the most recent event at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, capturing four days of impactful programming, business networking, and industry innovation with:

  • Event photography & videography: capturing the energy of keynote speakers, exhibitor booths, panel discussions, and global networking moments.
  • Same-day social media summary: quick turnaround of daily highlight reels shared throughout the event to drive social media engagement.
  • Run and gun interviews: using a portable setup, our team roamed the convention floor and efficiently  captured authentic insights from attendees to produce dynamic and professional video interviews.
  • High-volume headshot station: providing quick, polished portraits on-site for attendees to elevate their professional brand while still enjoying the activities of the conference.

Our dynamic visual content was used in real time to drive awareness, encourage social sharing, and capture the scope and spirit of PDAC 2025. The content will continue to serve PDAC’s post-event marketing and storytelling efforts throughout the year.
