When IQ Offices, Canada’s largest independent, locally-owned coworking operator, completed an exciting renovation, they needed updated visual content. Enter Indigo Events—specifically, our corporate photography and videography storytelling team.

Although Indigo Events was initially launched to support event-related content needs, we quickly expanded into full-service corporate video and photography services. Today, a significant part of our work includes the creation of marketing assets like brand videos, thought leadership pieces, company culture photoshoots, employer branding videos, and more.

For IQ Offices, we were asked to create a suite of photos and videos that highlighted their three key differentiators:

  1. Highly trained on-site staff
  2. A commitment to privacy, productivity, and security
  3. Luxury design

Our team visited each of their seven locations across Canada, capturing stunning interior footage of their dynamic private offices, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces. We then utilized the exquisite lighting, ergonomic furniture, and high-end decorative elements to create a gallery of brand photos that showcased a day in the life at IQ Offices—illustrating the energy, inspiration, and productivity that comes from working in their spaces.
