April saw an Indigo team converging upon the fantastic location of the Spoke Club in Toronto’s downtown Fashion District to cover this hip Venus Beauty promotional event. Leading suppliers of non-invasive beauty technologies, Venus Concept is a forward thinking company that is known the world over for its significant innovations in the beauty industry.
But how exactly do we define beauty? “Beauty is…strength,” “beauty is…confidence” replied party-goers, and they certainly displayed strength and confidence by the bucketload. Indeed Toronto’s beautiful people were out in force for this event. Many of the more curious and less inhibited among them were evidently very happy to make the most of all the pampering and did a full tour of the various therapies and treatments on offer in the Treatment Bar, while others made their way to the Styling Bar for a professional restyling.
And if we’re not mistaken, it certainly seemed that one or two individuals spent considerably more time at the Cocktail Bar than anywhere else. Admittedly the drinks were excellent, and we certainly enjoyed the novelty of being served from across astroturf.
Visitors to the Treatment Bar could try out various beauty therapies at the capable hands of Venus Beauty’s top consultants, who were also available to answer any questions or address any doubts that guests might have had. Many were just content to enjoy a delicious cocktail or sip a glass of wine with some tasty hors d’oeuvres and to soak up the atmosphere in the glamorous surroundings of the contemporary-art-filled Spoke Club. Meanwhile, the Indigo Events team was on-hand to capture the highlights.
All in all, a fantastic time was clearly had by all in attendance. And It’s got to be said that it’s not every evening that you can enjoy a few drinks with friends and then go home looking better than when you arrived!
